WOW!! How Time Flies!!

I can't believe how long it's been since I posted!! I have been WAY busy working on baby gifts, wedding presents, and just life in general. I haven't done much looming in the last few months but have been doing lots of crocheting and needle knitting.

Let's see... I've knit the same baby blanket pattern five times in the last few months--the fifth one is on the downhill side now. I crocheted another baby blanket. I'm in the middle of crocheting a blanket for a wedding present and then have to make a quilted wallhanging for a wedding present. I'm also working on a crocheted afghan for my husband. One of these days I might get to work on something for me.

My loomed hats pretty well got stalled for the last few months. I do have some pictures of sets I man that I need to upload but that will wait for another day. I didn't take any pictures of the baby projects I've cranked out. Since I'm still finishing the fifth blanket out of the same pattern, maybe I'll get one taken of this one and you'll at least see what the pattern looks like.

Once I get past all the gifts that I need to finish up, I want to start something new I've learned how to do--mittens! I figure I can loom the hat and and scarf and then knit the mittens. Gloves will have to wait until I feel really comfortable with mittens. I have a perfect outlet for the sets, too, with my daughter and her family moving to New York state. It gets just a tad nippy up that way...
